GAIL Jubilee Tower

GAIL Jubilee tower is an iconic G+21 floor structure housing various offices of GAIL (India) Ltd. with a total built up area of 250,000 sqft and height of 118 mtrs from the ground. GAIL Jubilee Tower has been designed in line with Green Building specifications of LEED Platinum rating.

Scope of work:

HVAC (Low side) works for Vapor Absorption based chilled water system, including Heat Recovery units, basement ventilation system and BMS.

Status:

Completed in July 2014.
